A Fascination with Trees

To hug a tree! This gallery reflects the wonders that are trees: nesting and hiding places for wildlife, a changing parade of colour and sustenance, a continual cleansing of our air, provision of shelter, blossoms and fruit. In several works, my paintings emphasize the human form, with reaching arms that beautify and protect. It is increasingly essential to me that in trees we see various reflections of ourselves.
